After harvest, the coffee is depulped and dried with the sticky coffee honey still clinging to the bean, imparting natural sweetness and depth. The anaerobic stage, carried out in oxygen-free tanks, amplifies the fruit expression, building layers of tropical brightness and floral intrigue.

      Great earthy tones in this one

      if you are someone who appreciates earthy tones then this is the one for you. Very satisfying cup of coffee. In all the coffees you can taste the high quality beans.
