Subscribers also receive early access to select releases and occasional coffees reserved exclusively for members.

Subscription Details:
Bag Size: Typically 10oz. Occasionally, a rare or premier coffee may arrive in an 8oz bag.
Billing: Processed automatically on the same day of the week or month as your original order, based on your selected frequency. Billing occurs prior to dispatch.
Shipping Timeline: Ships within 1–2 days after billing. Transit time typically 2–4 days.
 
Managing Your Subscription: 
Log in anytime to pause shipments or update your billing method. To cancel or modify your subscription, email us and we’ll promptly assist you.

    We want you to genuinely love what you brew. If something isn’t quite right, we’ll help you dial it in with personalized brewing guidance, equipment tips, or recommendations tailored to your taste. And if needed, we’ll happily replace your coffee with one better suited to your preferences.

    Because coffee is seasonal and harvests change, we may occasionally substitute a comparable coffee of equal or higher quality to ensure peak freshness and flavor.
